1. Spa Descriptions and Pricing Information

In the event a spa is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, the seller shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. The seller shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, the seller shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If the goods do not match the description on the seller’s website, the buyer should inform the seller immediately so that the seller may take appropriate action. 

2. Damages or Loss in Transit

Spas freighted are adequately packed. In the unlikely event, claims for damage or loss in transit must be made as follows:
a. Prior to signing pickup or delivery consignment from freight carrier the buyer must ensure there is no visible damage to outer packaging. Please ensure that any damage is noted and if possible photographed.  

b. You MUST notify Revive Spas and the freight carrier of any damage (internal or external damage) within 24 hours of receiving your Spa.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the full extent permitted by the laws in New Zealand, Revive Spas shall not in any event be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. If the materials on this website are purchased for business purposes, as defined by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“the Act”), the provisions of the Act shall not apply to the materials so purchased. 

4. Privacy Policy

Revive Spas will not pass your personal information on to any other party without your permission. Your personal information will be used only for the purpose for which you gave it to us.

From time to time we may send you spa information (including special offers) in the mail or by email.

5. Revive Spa Warranty

In the unlikely event of a spa fault, we use service agents throughout New Zealand to service and help with troubleshooting support over our 0800 number. For servicing, the spa needs to be positioned in a way allowing access to all panels (you may become liable for additional labour and/or travel costs if this is not met).

SPA STRUCTURE 

The spa structure is defined and the framework supporting the spa pool.  This is Warrantied for 10yrs for the date of purchase against faulty workmanship or materials.

THE SPA POOL ACRYLIC

The shells structure is guaranteed by the manufacturers for five years from the date of Delivery, against failure in: structure & material due to faulty workmanship or materials, provided that the installation, use and maintenance have been carried out in accordance with normal practice according to our recommendations.  Acrylic surface is warrantied for 5yrs from the date of purchase against faulty workmanship.

Crazing
Crazing may occur in acrylic surface as fine lines when spa is exposed to extremely high temperatures even with cover on. 
These are non structural and not covered under warranty.
SPA COVER:
The spa pool lockable hard cover is guaranteed by the manufacturer for 12 months from the date of purchase against faulty workmanship and faulty materials.  The warranty does not cover fading, damage from sun, chemical damage or accidental damage.

ALL EQUIPMENT

Heat Pumps, Filtration Cartridge Holder, Motors and Pumps, Ozone generator, audio system, lights, control valves, including Balboa control equipment i.e. : Control Box and Touch Pads have a two year warranty from the date of delivery against faulty components, provided they are used under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. 

JET AND PLUMBING

Jets are warrantied against faulty workmanship for a period of 2yrs, Plumbing is warrantied against faulty workmanship and leaking for 12months from purchase.

 CABINET WARRANTY

Revive Spas warrant the spa cabinet against defects in materials and workmanship for a two-year period from date of delivery. This warranty specifically covers the structural integrity of the cabinet. The spa cabinet finish is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of initial delivery. Fading and weathering of the surface will occur naturally over time, and are not considered defects.

GAZEBO WARRANTY

Revive Spas Gazebo Warranty: 2 years.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

All electrical connections must be carried out by a qualified electrical contractor. Failure to do so will immediately VOID this warranty. Revive Spas reserves the right to ask for proof that the spa has been installed by a qualified electrical contractor.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not extend to wear and tear or damage resulting from accident, negligence, misuse or inappropriate chemical maintenance of the Spa or spa cover.

The warranty is not transferable.

That the pool has been maintained and the water therein chemically treated according to sound and well-established methods and abrasive cleaners are not used on the pools surfaces.

The Spa must not be left empty in direct sunlight as this will result in damage to the spa surface and plastic fittings.

The guarantee shall be invalid if the spa pool is damaged by earth or ground-fill movement, Act of God, acts of aggression, by accident, or by intentional, reckless negligent acts of any person. In no event shall Revive Leisure Ltd, its agents or employees, be liable for Injury to any person for any claim of damage, however arising.

Spa cannot be altered or modified from its original state. All servicing and repairs to be carried out only by a service agent authorised by Revive Leisure Limited.

This warranty does not include all commercial installations, ie.: hotels, motels, gyms, sports clubs where larger bather density applications are apparent. Please contact us to confirm which model is best suitable for your environment.

If any such defects appear or occur the Purchaser shall inform Revive Spas or its representative by notice in writing within seven days of such defect. Any such notice is required to set out the exact nature of the defect and the circumstances in which it was noticed. 

LIMITATIONS

This warranty is the only warranty offered by Revive Spas and excludes any other implied or oral undertakings. Except as described above, this warranty does not cover defects or damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, alteration with Revive Spas’ prior written consent, accident, acts of God, misuse, abuse, commercial or industrial use, use of an accessory not approved by Revive Spas, failure to follow Revive Spas’ Pre-Delivery Instructions or Owner’s Manual, or repairs made or attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative of Revive Spas. Revive Spas or it’s agents will not be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or injury. Revive Spas will not be liable for costs associated with but not limited to building alterations, removal costs, delivery costs, or labour costs associated with the replacement of a spa.

WARNING: DO NOT LEAVE THE SPA OR GAZEBO PARTS WRAPPED IN THE PROTECTIVE PLASTIC OUTSIDE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT. SUNLIGHT CAN BE MAGNIFIED BY THE PLASTIC WRAPPING CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE ACRYLIC SURFACE. IF THE SPA IS NOT BEING INSTALLED IMME-DIATELY IT SHOULD BE STORED AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT IN A SHADED AREA. 

6. Delivery & Pickups

Revive Spas can deliver almost anywhere in New Zealand. We have a number of different options to suit your situation including pickup, depot delivery, curbside delivery, manpower options, hiab cranes, crane and even helicopter delivery. 

 

7. Payment
Full payment must be received prior to dispatch date. Dispatch date is the date it leaves the warehouse.
Revive Spas has full insurance cover while your spa is being freighted for peace of mind.
Transport pickups organized by customer and not through Revive Spas is done so at their own risk. Once product is collected, Revive Spas is not liable for any damage and is the transport companies responsibility to ensure safe and secure delivery.

9. Custom Orders & Deposits:

1. Deposits on customized orders are non-refundable due to specialist manufacturing processes.
